That 95.42 percent of homeowners last quarter were not delinquent on their home loans.  That the national delinquency rate is being skewed by California and Florida. New York and Texas exhibit delinquency rates below the national 4.58 percent marker.  North Dakota's delinquency rate hovers near 1 percent. Source: Transunion.

	Rule 2, recite rule #1 again.
	If you violate Rule 1, do not ask me to pay for your stupidity.
	No one forces you to do anything in life.
	Government has NEVER been the solution.

Locke, Jefferson, Madison, Reagan, Thatcher...all proponents of small government.  Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini...all proponents of massive controlling government.  On what side of history do you want your country to fall?
